The HS code aluminum 5083 is 76061190. In US, Germany, European countries, according to their standards, 5083 is named UNS A95083, Almg4.5Mn( 3.3547) and EN AW- 5083( AlMg4,5Mn0,7). What Is 5083 Aluminum Used For?

Many customers of Henan Wanda buy the 5083 aluminum plate for making aluminum boats. So obviously, one important application of 5083 aluminum is to be used as marine aluminum alloy plate. 5083 Aluminum Tempers

We all know that aluminium 5083 has many kinds of tempers. The common tempers of orders our customers place are usually 5083 h111, 5083 h112, 5083 O, 5083 h116 and h321. Among these tempers, h116 and h321 are used to be marine aluminum plate because of its high corrosion resistance to seawater. This is also our strategic aluminum product. 5083 O is the soft temper after annealing. h111 temper, h112 temper and h116 temper are strain hardened only. h321 temper is strain hardened and then stabilized. You know there‘re many other h1x and h3x tempers. You know what does the second number mean? If the second number is 8, it means full hard, if it’s 4, it means 1/2 hard. 6 and 2 mean 3/4 hard and 1/4 hard. Then what does the first number mean? 1 means  interstage annealing, 2 means final annealing and 3 means annealing twice. The 5083 aluminum plate annealed by our furnace needs to cool down for one day and then be put into the next process.
