In the same way, according to DIN 1725-1 in Germany, ASTM B209 in the US, ISO 209, 5754 is respectively named Almg3 3.3535, UNS A95754 and AW-5754. To sum up, these are all 5754 aluminum equivalents.

What Are the Applications of 5754 Aluminum?

5754 aluminum sheets and coils are widely used in decoration, packaging, construction, transportation, electronics, aviation, aerospace, weapons and other industries.

• In aerospace field, alloy 5754 is used to make aircraft skins, fuselage frames, beams, rotors, propellers, fuel tanks, wall panels and landing gear struts etc.

What Tempers Does Aluminum 5754 Have?

5754 aluminum alloy has many tempers through different degrees of annealing. Some of them are commonly to be seen. For example, O temper, it’s the most soft one, so we often call it soft temper. The second temper is H22. H22 is strain-hardened by rolling and then annealed to quarter hard. There are also H24 and H26, the first process is same to H22, but respectively annealed to half hard and three-quarter hard. Among these tempers, there are two common ones: H114 and H111, they are widely used to manufacture aluminum checker plate or aluminum tread plate other customers called. 5754 Aluminum Alloy Mechanical Properties

Mechanical properties of 5754 aluminum alloy contain four aspects as below: proof stress, tensile strength, elongation and hardness.
